One minute happy, the next time I'm sad.

Then all at once I become boiling mad!!!!

Sometimes please touch me.....sometimes just go..

How will I feel? I just never know.

Emotions are changing just like the tide.

But my heart is open; my feelings can't hide.

And sometimes that hurts a person so dear,

that I flinch when I see that I've caused a tear.

The right words to say, the right things to do

Are sometimes too much for a person to do.

And sometimes we forget what we really ought do,

to hang on to people as special as you........

But I know when I care for a person this much,

It's important to say so,and to just keep in touch...........

Because nothing is certain,nothing is sure.

But lasting relationships help us endure.

The pressures we feel in this crazy world today,

Sometimes we all forget just to say,

Hello.....and I love you....and you mean so much.

We forget the importance of keeping in touch.

So today as I'm thinking of each one of you.

There's something I want you to promise to do.

Say hello.......to someone you miss.

And give someone you love a big hug and kiss.

Say a kind word, to someone in need.

And when you do they'll follow your lead.

Rememeber tomorrow is only a gift from above,

Given to us with infinite love.

So use your time wisely, and take time today,

To let the child inside you just come out and play.

Be honest and kind and loving and you.............
